When hiring Access Towers and other Access Equipment, it is important for you to check all the equipment once signing for it from our delivery driver. The company or individual who is hiring the equipment and who holds the account with Access Towers will be solely responsible including full liability for the return of the equipment. What this means is that any losses or damages will be reviewed by our collection teams and then reported to the Account Holder over the phone or by email with some options and solutions. When purchasing equipment from Access Towers, we recommend the purchaser to be the present for delivery so that they can see all of the equipment and then sign off paperwork with our driver at the time.
Once booking your Training Course with Access Towers Services LTD you agree that if you are to cancel your places(s) within 72-24 hours you will subject to a 50% charge of the fee per delegate and cancellations within 24 hours of the course start time will be subject to a 100% charge of the fee per delegate. We would strongly advise that if circumstances have changed please let us know as soon as possible so that we can help within reason and to the best of our ability.
